    Immobiliser Problem

Hi all, having abit of trouble with my 1.2 corsa b. the other day a friend threw my keys at me, i missed and my driver key split into 2 and ive lost my transponder chip from in my key! (this was outside) when i went to start my car the other day, it wouldn't fire up and the ecu light on the dash kept blinking away at me. ive rang vauxhall up and they want to charge me £160 for a new transponder chip, new codes and programming it into my vehicle. Please, is there anyway to bypass my immobiliser? I need to get it sorted by monday really as i use the vehicle for work any ideas?

no unless you have a spare key.

you could try buying a second/used key from ebay and getting the chip out of it and trhen vx can program it but vx might not program it.
