hi there i have just purchased a clifford concept 300 off ebay with no key fobs, i have had this alarm fitted and have bought a new key fob, but i cannot program the key fob as i do not have the alarms valet code as now the seller tells me he dont no it, i dont no what the factory set code is but im guessing its prob been changed anyway so im looking for just the ecu brain(the black box) of any clifford concept 300 alarm that someone would like to sell but it needs to have at least one key fob with it or if not the valet code that goes with it if anybody is able to help that would be great
dont tell anyone! lol but the valet code is usually the middle 4 digits of the serial number on the bottom of the alarm control unit, unless it has been changed of course
yep.
you got to get a clifford installer to link it to a laptop via software port from laptop to main brain of the concept (yellow and green wire). that way he can retreve your valet code and program your fob.
main brain to accept fob. not fob to accept brain
you cant alway retrieve the valet code that way, but it is worth a try. T
Using the earlyier cliff net software you stand a better chance of retrieving the code
Last four numbers of the serial number INSIDE the black box (one on the outside is fake).
