    Code problem with changer!

    Hi,

I posted on another forum and was advised that u's were the guys in know!
I need a code for my cd changer. I've already tried a few times and im worried I lock it completely if I keep getting it wrong.

I've got a ccr600 radio which is working with the code but the changer must have a different code im guessing.

If anyone could help me out with this it would be amazing!!

Don't know whats needed but the radio (ccr600) has this number on it:

    GM060011381918

The cd changer(philips cdc3) has these on it:

    GMCDC311170172

    BS060150170172
    22DC075/75

    No. 09 134 884

I haven't a clue if these are any help but hope they are.

    Thanks so much!

    Sam x

    hi there
youll need the radio pass and it should say the code for the changer on there. it is the last 4 digits so on the card it will say ccr35867 so 5867 is the code.
if you dont have the radio pass then i havnt a clue where you would get it and yes your right the changer does have a different code.

The code for the headunit and CD changer are on the card with all the security info for your car. If you don't have this I suggest you go to vauxhall and get one as it will be needed for other things on your car

As has been said. There are 2 codes on the Carpass, one for the headunit and one for the CD Changer.

If you've lost your Carpass you can get them from Vauxhall for £29 I think.
