hi mate,
jus thought id try pick your brains, im running an Inphase IPS 925MP head unit, alpine type e fronts, jvc chav x 9's, and a 12" juiced active sub... the fronts an chavs are running off a 4ch legacy amp and the sub is obv running off its built in amp. the fronts are quite gutless, the chavs are ok ish but not as loud as any set iv had previous and the sub doesnt really handle fast deep bass. im thinking of ditching the head unit and replacing with a clarion 388, will this improve the sound quality?
also, have really loud pop when switch off, is this likely to just be a bad earth? i didnt have it before i fitted the legacy amp, so am assuming that earth point is ok, and i just need to re earth the 2nd amp?
any help dude cos its pissing me off!
