quickl help please
hi,
i have a sigma cat 1 alarm (very sensative lol)
well i need to know what is running the battery dwn, every 3-5 days i got to my car it is flat,(car isnt being driven),
well i need to find out what is drawing the power, i have been told to...
get multimeter and see if any power is being drawn from bettery when not started, then slowly remove fuses until i see a sudden drop in the drawn energy,
well thing is with this alarm i think each time i remove a fuse it will go off because it has senced that the voltage has adjusted, is this correct??
if so, how else could i do it??
thanks lee

if it senses a drop in voltage and triggers it off then your alarm would be going off all the time if your loosin power in your battery. there is always something draining power, maybe it would siren if the voltage to the alarm unit is tampered with but nothing elese will

surely if you remove all fuses other than the alarm fuse, and then reset the alarm, there will be no further 'drops'???
