    Nakamichi 35Z and speakers...

I've decided that I can't live another day without a CD player in my car.
So I've started looking closely. I'm thinking
Nakamichi CD35z single CD player with FM receiver.
Pioneer TSE speakers in the dash
Pair of 6x9s in the rear.

    Erm, money. Nakamichi is £299.
That's from Oxford Car Audio. Seems OK.

Not decided which brand goes in the back yet. I was told that 6 x 9s are at a good performance per pound point.

I looked briefly at the Nakamichi CD35z, but I quickly decided it didn't have enough flashing lights for a £300 head unit

Read some very good things about it, although a few places commented that it's a bit weak without an amp.

Try the MB Quarts either 2 or 3 way's. Highly recommended.

OCA (aka CAD) stock them. they retail around £80 - £100.

Exactly why I want one! And a proper volume knob.
