    what sub brand?

    Hi

I've decided to put some new subs in my car (after only just putting 2 new ones in. lol).

Im after 2x 10" subs that can handle the 150watts (RMS) that I am going to pump through each channel. I want loud back breaking bass (well the best you can get with 10"subs).

So folks who have had 10"'s subs in the past, what ones do you think are good.

I listen to all sorts of music (dance, garage, rnb, gnr etc).

Alpine Type-R Subs are excellent, they cost £150 for a 10" Sub which can handle a 1000watts

    Vibe are also good

I bet you dont know the rough volume the box has to be for that sub do you? I am limited by the space that it can take up especially since their are two of them going in.

Gotta be the JBL W series. One of the best bangs you can get. They aint cheap but they are very VERY loud!

Failing that I use a nice pair of Infinity 10's. They only need a tiny 0.6 cubic ft(approx 16L)!

If you want back breaking bass at a reasonable price i would recommend JL Audio W3's. These are V.Loud.

    I've got a pair of the 12" JL's run by a V12 amp. i am 20 and think i'm already going deaf!!
