Help my Kenwood Amps stopped working

Was driving down the road listening to my tunes and all of a sudden the amp lost power and I cant get it to turn on. I wouldnt say I was overdriving it.

The amplifier is a KAC-PS501F (1200w 4 channel with the flip cover over the fan) and was powering 2 subs and 2 3-way speakers.

I was braking at the time the amp went off, but the amp is securly fixed so I dont think that caused the problem.

I have checked all wires that are plugged into it and all wires that should have power have (LIVE & Remote) and the Ground wire is earthed.

The four 20amp fuses in the amp havnt blown (neither has the power leads fuse).

The flip cover has stayed in the open position (exposing fan and buttons!)

Help as I need my music.

If it needs to go to a repairman where can I take it and do repairs tend to be expensive? I live in walsall/wolverhampton if anybody knows of a place local, or could I do it myself (my neighbour is a television/video repairman so could do all the soldering etc.

    thanks

U say the Ground wire is grounded, have u unscrewed it from the bodywork to properly check it?

I found the problem. the fuse was dodgy. thing was when I checked the live wire after the problem had occured their was power going through it. but when I checked later their was none - the fuse must have blown but physically it still looked intact.
