Thick black with red is for your starter motor normally, goes to ignition switch, you may be able to trace the wire to somewhere already in the engine bay in one of the other looms
Thick red wire (permanent live) is normally used as the switched supply for the fuel pump and should already be connected to the battery at the other end.
Black wire with square plug (normally has a blue wire under its extra black covering) is for your dash water temp and goes by the other water temp sensor on a 1.6.
Should be a brown with blue wire from dash (in the 9 pin plug) to connect to your ECU as the warning light.
This is just best guess from having a new ECU and loom on my 1.6 16v, should think everything is the same though.
