    Porous Head Fixes

I wish to repair a porous VX XE head myself and would like to know if any of you guys have done it.

It has gone porous in the usual place; the oil gallery that crosses the head. I know that for the fix this is drilled out and a tube bonded in, hence the wish to try for myself. But I didnt want to ruin it because I had used too large or small a tube or the wrong adhesive or whatever. So I guess someone out there knows a good fix. I can do the machining and have access to the correct materials.

For the risk of messing it up I would just get www.v-tuning.co.uk to do it.

    They only charge 140
