Oil pressure relief valve is on the front of the oil pump (towards front of car) big nut angling down about 40-45-ish degrees can`t remember whether it`s a 19 or 21mm.
The `O` ring is between the oil pickup pipe and the bottom of the oil pump, both the `O` ring and oil pickup pipe are in the sump.
Taking the pump off, you`re probably better consulting someone with a little more knowledge than I can supply but basically it`s everything off the bottom end of the engine (including sump I think) and then you should be able to see how the pump comes off by the time you grt this far
as mentioned, on the front of the block (see below), its dififcult to undo with a socket, try a spanner. depending on what chassis its in, the engine mount may be in the way. You can replace the spring and copper washer inside, extract the plunger, make sure it slides up and down in side the shaft with oil.
> and the o ring on the pick
it in the sump, remove the oil pick up pipe and renew the small rubber O ring. You'll have to take the sump off, on a c20let this is difficult becasue of the TX box at the back (access to sump bolts)
