since having the V6 I may invest slightly in it to make it as bombproof as I can.
Has already had new cambelt and rollers just before I bought it, but I was also under the impression that the oil to water cooler under the inlet manifold is another weak point, and when it goes it warps both heads (mmmmmm cheap).
So my question is this..... is this a freak occurence or should I be genuinely worried and shell out on an air to oil cooler (or use the spare XE one I have in the shed)??
as far as I can see its a relatively easy changeover apart from fiddling with pipes.
Is the oil feed for the cooler thermostatically controller or always on BTW?
