been on since my mate drove it home from buying it...didnt think it's a big problemo cause the brakes work fine..the guy said probably the sensor wire wasnt attached back when it had new (non vaux) pads put on it few weeks ago hmmmm
You don't need to touch anything to do with the abs to change pads, so sounds like your mates been told a porkie. Check abs fault codes, that should tell you what the problem is.
how do we get the abs fault codes up matey?
cheers for reply
you cant actually get whats wrong with the abs from in car ecu light
best bet is going to local tuning/vaux garage and asking them to plug in one of there fancy laptops and tell you exactly whats wrong - so you can then go home and fix it
abs faults are a bitch though your probably looking at incorrect air gap between sensor and pads -
Read the fault codes here Adamhttp://www.cavweb-forums.co.uk/showt...s=&threadid=88
