Got the re-reconed turbo back from AET. They claimed oil contamination, pressure problems, what have you - like "it's your problem, pay us again to do it under warranty". They are adamant that it's the calibra's fault that it killed the turbo in 1000miles.
Guess what? the new turbo still does it!
In the meantime I had the sump off and everything looked fine.
I now have the intercooler off and it looks fine. The pipes are fine - no leaks there. The oil flow looks fine, as does the oil pressure.
The problem is that if you look underneath you can see oil leaking from the turbo's central housing, on the exhaust side.
WHAT could it be? (apart from them doing something wrong in their remanufacturing)
