As above. The engine is a 1.4 16v corsa engine X14XE and the belt has jumped 4 teeth an bent 6 valves. When looked at the cam belt appeared to be set up and tensioned correctly and it had a new belt, rollers and tensioner 9 months ago. Not to mention 16 new valves and 14 new guides 9 months ago too
What would have caused it to jump this time? The car had a major rocker cover leak but there was no oil on the belt and it wasnt being driven hard.
