Right - blocked the cam breather to turbo compressor, at turbo end. the rest hangs off with a small airfilter PX-style.
Went for a spin, still smokes like a sailor. There goes that theory then.
WHERE IS ALL THAT OIL SMOKE COMING FROM?
Just did a compression test, engine hot, full throttle:
10.4, 10.9, 10.2, 10.8
Now with oil in the cylinders:
12.7, 12, 12, 11.8
For a 90K LET, does this feel right? The bores look OK from the top, can even see the cross-hatch for crying out loud...
