How do I go about setuping my boost valve? I know there's alot of bad coverage floating about on these things but I bought mine off a mate for £30 so cant complain. Just wondering how i would go about setting mine up to the optimum level. My car is a '95 Cavalier 2.0 Ecotec. Any ideas?
err, get it on a rolling road? the boost valve relly needs a exhaust gas analyser of some sort so you can see if the engine is too rich or lean when setting up, as a starting point though, get a pressure guage and check your cars standard fuel pressure(with engine running) and set the boost valve up to that, this way you wont set it up too lean and bust your engine, or too rich...and bust your engine!
