A Stock LET engine begins to loose power drastically after 6,000rpm. Is this because the turbo runs out of puff, the cams arn't optimised for power beyond that or, as I suspect, both.
If you wanted to get power above 6,000rpm whats the best way to do it? Would another turbo, a big juicy turbo, be enough or would you still need to change the cams?
I suppose it depends on how far you wanted the power doesn't it? Say power up until 7,500rpmish and then it tails off after that. Can you get away with standard cams if the turbo blows enough air?
