    Aftermarket Oil cooler

    HI

The oil cooler on my C20LEt has been one for a while now and i have just bought a new one, the mocca or whateva it is, But i noticed that the connections at the end of the oil cooler are not the same thread as the blots on the pipes. Does any one know of a company that would make hose couplings?

Thanks for any replaies as i need to sort it out as soon as poss, hopefully before PV.

    Cheers
    Nariman

p.s. How easy is it to fit a oil temp gauge? Where foes it mount to? I have installed an aftermarket pressure gauge, does it go to the same place? Or just connects some where on the pipes?

the standard cooler will have metric threads, judging by its size thats probably M18x1.5 something like that.

take it to a hydraulics specialist, they could tell you specifically.

Get yourself over to Merlin Motorsport, they will be able to make custom ones. When my old one was damaged i had a new cooler and pipes made to the lengths of the previous one for about £160.
