    I take it you are doing a 16v conversion.

    Cut the original nova flange off the nova manifold, then cut the XE manifold down so it lines up with the original nova system and tack weld the original nova manifold flange to the cut down XE manifold.

    Tack it in place on the car then remove the manifold and finish welding it up.

    That way any nova exhaust system will fit the car.

    can you get proper manifolds to fit a 16v conversion?
    i cant think of anything to put here

    16V exhuast manifolds

    I think ASAHLEY do an exhuast manifold specifically for this conversion that mates up to there 2.25 nova system. Give Brain a call at Ashley I think the XE mainifold is about £150.00 ?? rest of the exhuast is £ 90.00 good system sounds wicked and is very well made.
