turbo fuel pressure 3.6 bar with vac pipe 4.2 withouton idle
i connected i fuel pressure gauge to my fuel rail today and it reads 3.6 bar at idle with vaum pipe connected and 4.2 bar with the vacum pipe disconnected, i know it should be 4.5 bar.
are these figures fine or should it be 4.5 bar
ive had a new turbo and the company from whom i have bought it from have adjusted the actuator to hold around 1.25 bar and then red painted the rod so i cant adjust it,i did tell thenm i wanted it to overboost to 1.5
i was told i had a 12 months warranty month later after having fitted the turbo they decided to send me some terms and conditions telling me their hybrids had no warranty, delaing with it at the moment.
yes i am running the standard injectors at the moment with 4.5 bar regulator well 4.2
im running around 0.9 bar but still get very good traction in 2nd no spin just a little torque steer, must be the lsd doing its work.

Hi Giles !
For the actual Phase-4 System we use 2 fuelpumps 909 because there we are driving with 5 injectors 6.0 bar fuel pressure + 2 Bar overboost pressure , this requested fuel pressure of 8.0 Bar at the high flow rate is too much even for one 909 pump !
