Changing clutch and transfer box on Cally Turbo?
Ive decided to have a go at the job myself cos i cant afford to pay anyone else to do it at the mo. I should hopefully be doin it in a week or so. So what needs to be done and whats the best way to do it? Can i take the gearbox and transferbox out as one or does the tx box have to come off first.
might be best to take out the transfer box first as both together would be quite heavy....thats the way i did mine anyway
AFAIK if taking the T/X box and Gearbox out individually you have to take the T/X box off first. Although I have heard the easiest way is to drop both units out complete then seperate them afterwards!

I assume you have to move the front suspension struts to disconnect the drive shafts ?????
The struts will be coming out anyway so the top mounts can be replaced.
