You use the nova gear linkage. You need to swivel the white nylon bit which ataches to the selector on the box around by 180degrees. It needs to be filed slightly so that you can do this.
I used the original Nova linkage and didn't touch it at all, BUT i did have to cut about an inch off the rod coming out from the gear lever. If you don't alter the rod OR the linkage, with the g/box in first gear your gearstick is where 2nd and 4th are so there is no room to get these gears.
ive done it, turned the knuckle around 180 degrees much easier than any other way suggested to me,
