I'm stuck with a quick shift gearlinkage that breaks all the time (6sp)

The garage will send me the pendulum bit, supposedly this is the only bit that needs to change to go back to normal (so why did they charge 2 hours to fit it then? anyway...)

I now want to go back to standard. Does anyone have a diagram so I can see how the bits fit?
Any tips?
Is there any alignment involved?
