it looks fairly easy to do, i`m gonna speak to some engineering firms to see how much it would cost to make an inlet tract simplifying box, anyone else tried this? would anyone be interested if i could develop this into a low cost product(>£190)?
are there any patents restricting this?
I had made one and it was ready to fit to my corsa gsi,but as paul said,i totalled it before i got chance.
I gave it to assassin as he is putting an x16xe into his nova.
Ive no pics of it,maybe ask assassin if he has a digicam.
It was fabricated from a length of 80mm x 80mm steel boxsection,with the openings machined in for the lower inlet to marry up to,and also for the throttle body.
You also need to black off the EGR to TB feed on the side of the head,or run a pipe to the new box.
