sort of coorect, at the 'mouth' of the hole is wider than the rest of the hole, I can see some sort of a step. Thats why when I trial fitted the ARP bolt in the c20let end cap, it fit flush. To me there was no need to counter sunk it. But I did anyway becasue I didn't want to fit everything back togher and only to find something wrong and take it all apart again.

I'm not questioning SBD or ARP, just wanted to know if anyone else on the list, with aRP bolts, found the same thing.
