getting boost cut on my phase 3.5 cav turbo..this is obviously because its running lean..i have worked out that ther are very few explanations for this left to check..
i have a bosch 909 pump and filter
i have has my injectors cleaned and tested
i have checked for air leaks
i have checked for the poor earth on pin24 on the motronic 2.7 ecu.
the only thing left i can think if is lambda sensor.
i ahve a non-geniune one and i am sure i remember posts on these being not precise enough for the eds phase lambda cut board and or giving that slightly low reading making boost cut..
i have a C20XE one in the garage which has a diff bosch number but when you check lambda sites the state the same universal one.
i am think that this sensor is the same apart from the length of the wire with plug..
anybnody know if this is true and that i could try it without melting a piston ?
