right finally got all the wiring to the v6 sorted today, cranked it up and went 1st go
only thing is the damn battery went flat and the battery light stayed on.. alternator was seized when put engine in but i unseized it and thought all would ber ok
does anyone know how to test the alternator before i take it off?
alternatively will a 1.8 eco one fit or a new shape ( w reg ) 1.8 eco alternator? I already have these..
also the bloody temp guage wont work...
Whats the best oil to use? i used comma15w 40 semi synth sound a bit tappety but could be down to sitting for 12 months?
