put £10 worth of Sainsburys SUL into cav today.
Car was basically on fumes, and this was the first garage I came accross
Always use SUL.
Anyways, I normally use Optimax, but put Sainsburys fuel in today. I have noticed that the performance has dropped a little bit(not too concerned, its only a 1.6 Cav)
But more concerning, I have noticed a little bit of knock. Not much, just a couple of times a minute, But it is knocking.
I know that knock is bad, but is it going to cause an issue, as its not knocking all the time?
My guess is yes, but just wanting to confirm.
Anyone had issues with this watered down fuel that supermarkets sell?
