The Phase II conversion is based on the same style of chip as the Phase I conversion but with the addition of a front mounted 8.1 Litre Intercooler and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator which should be set to 3.5 bar.
The intercooler is used to cool the air more efficientlly than the standard intercooler. This enables more air to be forced into the cylinders at the same volume as a gas takes up less volume when it is colder, which combined with more fuel which is provided by a 3.5 bar Fuel Pressure regualtor. This gives a total of 280BHP. Also the RPM limit is now raised to 7350RPM.

So, if the LET makes peak power at 5600rpm and sod all after how does the raise to 7350rpm help things? I understand that the boost is increased and the fuel rate upped to match the extra airflow but I am a little bit curious about why the revs are that much higher. Is the turbo spinning that much longer and still making worthwhile power just from upping the boost?
What sort of power and torque at where does the Phase 2 LET make?
