every time i turn my ignition on my engine fan fuse blows...how would i go about finding the short circuit if it blows as soon as i turn the key??

connect DMM on ohms or buzz setting
one wire to the bottom fuse connection,
other end to chassis.
It should buzz and read nearly 000
Disconnect the fan etc until it stops buzzing or reads alot higher
etc to locate the fault.
Cut the +ve wire going to the fan.....start turn the ignition....got back and short the +ve back together then look.....when you have finished just stick it back together with a connector block.
Or if the fan is earther the chassis just undo the screw to break the circuit....
