F20 gearbox oil....

what is the best gearbox oil for this box peeps?
I need to change the oil as says me ole mucka muppet...

I got vxl stuff butthey normally wont sell it to the trade or public.Most oil manufacturers dont list the oil for an f20.

Anyone esle know other wise?

Dextron 3 which you can get from halfords for £6.99 for a litre and that is cheaper that vauxhall which is £8.10 a litre on trade club, it the same a pas fluid and is red in colour

i use a semi synthetic 75/90 in mine has been pulling the turbo engine around for years and no probs

granville 75w/90 seems to do the job got told i would not get long out of my f20 but its still going strong!
