cav wont start??

my car wont start.
ive got power.
ive got fuel.
ive got a spark.
any ideas????
also does anyone know where i can get a cav turbo workshop manuel from.

Hi, I had exactly the same problem, see message/thread sometime in November, to cut a looooooonnnngg story short I managed to get it sorted, after much changing of almost everything.

My solution was after a long time was.... the spark plugs !!!

Even though after removing them whilst still connected the sparks looked great, for some reason they were not enough to fire it up, after swapping for some cheap plugs (just in case it was a crap idea) it fired up 2nd time.

Got some NGK from local Motormainia dtore at £2.00 a plug.

I hope this is the same solution for you,

ps a friend also mentioned another reason why they worked (better seal on the threads and new washer ?

well an engine should turn over once there is fuel and a spark......

turn the engine over with a spark plug in a pliers or something insulated, hold the spark plug upto the block, you should see the spark, do this to all the plugs, if that fails to be the problem then its got to be the fueling.
but i know nothing about turbo engines.
