Finally got to develop pictures of my last upgrade, which was performed almost 2 months ago, just a few days before it snowed and I put the car away for the winter.
I got myself an underdrive pulley (thought Santa wouldn't mind delivering the gift early this year ). It's made locally here (unfortunately in Canada), but its some nice work. Made out of aircraft quality 6061-T6 aluminum, on a CNC machine is extremely light and durable.
Factory Pulley (weight in KGs +/- 50g - thats the only scale I have)

On the car 2
I was afraid sizing the belt might be a problem, but I just got 2 belts - 1st one 1 size shorter and the 2nd one 2 sizes shorter - the first one worked great. The installation was easy - 1 spanner rating in the Haynes scale.
The results, well, firstival the engine spins noticable faster right from the idle - I like that. This makes tons of difference on low compression engines - 8.5:1, therefore I am not sure how this will work on the high-compression engines, like the C20XE. Secondly, because of this, the turbo lag has been reduced by about 150-175 rpm. I am extremely happy !!!!!
Too bad I have to wait till the spring to fully test the difference on the streets
