nope, splice them in anywhere, but yeah the plug near the gearbox. i got the hang of it eventually and i never touched electrical stuff before that.

To set the throttle pot you take its reading when you've bolted it on, enter it into the software and the ecu does the rest, no fecking around to set the throttle pot. Sounds like a dream come true, not that I've ever set a throttle pot mind you
did you match the inlet manifold to the throttle boddies ? theres a nasty step there otherwise.
have you sorted a way to connect the servo to the vacuum stub on no.4 ? heres mine
i cut the portion after the non return valve, then bought some special vacuum hose from a motor factors, its not like coolant hose it dont crush, very reinforced. pushed over the ribs on the valve, the jubilee clipped to the brass stub on inlet 4.
