A uncle of a mate have a Alfa Romeo 33 '89 1.5 Ti. It is a fantastic car because he had buy this car from Germany froma company which tune the alfa Romeo's.
It had from the beggining 195/50/15 tyres with RW wheels, koni yellow's, larger brakes, two twins carbs 40mm Dellorto racing, and a body kit which is fantastic, awesome, perfect etc etc.
It looks like an evo and it is 14 years old car.
I had a discussion with him and he took me for a ride. He told me that the gearbox have closer 5th for the original and i ask him from curio what oil put in his gearbox. And he told me that he had order from America a special oil Gearbox enhanced with black lead or graphite (i don't know in english exactly) and this material has so big durability that you don't have change oil Gearbox never again. But he tell me that is it expensive and they don't sell it in broadly marketplace.
Have you ever listen for this Gearbox oil?
Is it true?
PS. this alfa romeo have the better low end torque i have seen ever. It accelarate with 5th from 1000 rpm like mine with 3rd from 1700-1800rpm!!!
