I may be suffering from fuel starvation in My Astra Turbo,
Its running on the Astra GSi in tank fuel pump,
This has always been adequate, even with the raised power it used to have.
But, I am now running well over 300 BHP with the Nos and the car just will not accelerate at high revs,
So,I was toying with the idea of keeping the Intank GSi Fuel pump and then fitting the out of tank pump from the Mk2 GTE 16V onto the same pipe, this will in theory ease the work load of the first pump and although it will not double the amount of fuel it pumps, it should increase enough for the demand thats required.
Am I completly wrong in assuming this?,
what would the fuel pressure be, I guess it will be the same due to the regulator at the end of the fuel rail. Would this need uprating too?.
