    Thumbs up gearbox

it is possible definately, my mate put the cav v6 lump into his mk3 astra using an f20 gearbox and the flywheel off a gte 16v, as said it wud b easier to change the whole box! ps my mates revs like f**k cuz he had the flywheel lightened and balanced and it also limits at 13000rpms, hard to believe but when ive got my digi camera ill take sum pics to post to show! its seen 160mph too!

    yeah thats me too

(strangely on the subject, but how the feck long would it take a v6 to get to 13000 revs?!?!!? assuming we are in talk-shite-land and its possible, it would be around 4 minutes i reckon lmao)

    GTE 16v Turbo
13,000rpm? lmao what a tit. Man, you really have no idea whats required for that. I can't even think of an engine that revs that high. Oh no wait, the 1 litre R1 engine goes to 14k I think.

Yeah but its alot easier to get a V6 there.

BTW, 13,000rpm on an F20 in 5th gear would be over 250mph. You'd better get a job at Ferrari
