If a standard rad was up to the job the TX one will be fine but if you want better cooling as Ben said go Pro Alloy, Forge, pace etc as the cores are better quality but as stated you get what you pay for.....

I would say so, they dont make a let radiator. Just the same as the standard rad but thicker

    Re: tx autosport radiators

I'm currently using a TX one but will be changing it later on in the year! But I'm actually going to monitor mine as I have pre and post coolant temp sensors on the rad, this way I can prove the rad is crap/ok and once a custom one it done compare it to that...

    Re: tx autosport radiators

TX stuff seems to be very hit and miss. Ive had two rads. Both have been very well make and welded. But ive seen a few that the welding on them is very very poor, brackets are poo.

    Re: tx autosport radiators

I've repaired a few of these now, one leaked from brand new! The welding is shite tbh it's all now just mass produced in a little sweat shop somewhere so quality depends on how tired the little Chinese kid is making it

Although I have one on my car and it does the job better than the standard GM one so can't really grumble too much
