Tial f38 external wastegate

Hi guys got a tial f38 mm external wastegate has anyone ever changed a diaphragm
Mine seems to be opening when you rev it on the spot and only boosts to 8psi
I think this is what's giving me all my driving problems

They are easy to change mate i have 2x 44mm gates on mine an have changed spring rates many times when u say it only boosts to 8psi is that with boost controll turned off as that may be your spring pressure

I've plumb it in so it's straight off the turbo to the wastegate

then you have no way of controlling boost out of interest have you put it on the top or side port on the wastegate

On the top I only plumb it in this way just to see if it was my boost controller
