Have you looked for a water leak?

Where is the oil coming from?

it's probably the head gasket those engines are notorious for it think its the x16szr that's the worst for it. There's a few cases of head gasket failure after only 30000 miles

It sounds like a head gasket problem to me. Water escaping into the oil galleries. If you can, when the engine is cold, loosen the sump plug and see if you get water out first. Do it carefully or the contents of the sump will be on the floor.

oil is heavier and thicker so the water would be on the top buddy......

I don't think so, oil is not heavier than water. Oil slicks from tankers at sea float? Water/diesel glass bowl fitted to engines have a drain at the bottom to drain off water.
