Mid throttle misfire!

Going along a dual carriage way today i was holding throttle in 4th, slowly picking up behind someone, and just got stuck in like a misfire....it wouldnt pick up on that throttle. So i changed to 5th floored it and cleared its throat a little bit. But its constantly misfiring underboost unless im off boost altogether, or flat out to the floor.

Please anyone? at my ends, have changed all sorts, plugs, sensors, BCS's

Yes, same problem. Standard GM VXR plugs.
