combo van glowplug symbol flashing

got a 1.3cc 06 combo van starts & runs sweet but the glow plug symbol flashes, put a new set of glow plugs in & still same, nothing showing on fault reader,

Any body had same problem ?

Glow plug light doubles up as an engine management light, so there must be a fault somewhere.

maybe a bad earth for the glow plugs? or poor live?

Telling you, you need to regenerate your diesel particulate filter (DPF) - Go for a cruise down the motorway for a while - should enable your car to do a dynamic regen
