money wise the dibilas is £240 ( plus £85 for airfeed scoop) from regal or the cdti airbox mod is nearlly £300 from Courtenay Sport, i know it can be down cheaper than that by making my own kit tho
which is better power wise and fitting?

Both a similar system...I'd personally go for a cdti set up. TX Autosport will be the best value for money £170 to your door...and that includes a performance panel filter.

Both have the same advantages....they get rid of the restrictive over the engine setup..thus gaining a little bhp increase.
