I've always heard that there is nothing you can do to the X17DTL to get more HP, maybe that's why nobody is replying to your post. I guess you could try one of the other forums like the Astra Owners Club forum (diesel section) but I think the answer would be the same.

Maybe the best you can do is frequent full service, including air filter & fuel filter, EGR valve cleaning and sometime intake manifold cleaning and injector servicing (I mean injector rebuild by a specialist with a proper spray booth)...
