2.0 xe snapped fuel line to fuel rail screw in union....help

Just went to change the fuel pressure reg over to try and resolve my problem that I have had as the car isnt having enough fuel.Anyway took the fuel rail off and replaced the reg.Swapped fuel rails first but my spare rail was leaking out of the end for some reason.
SWAPPED THE FUEL UNIONS BACK OVER to my original rail and the smaller of the two by the fuel pressure reg side just snapped,oh no game over.
My question is does anyone have a spare fuel line to fuel rail screw fixing,it's a 2.0 xe.

Any help would be great as I am seriously stuck now plus my car is stuck outside aswell.

Pie,thanks for the info but the fuel lines and the connectors ends are fine,it's the peice that screws between the fuel line and fuel rail that has snapped.
