Astra G 1.6 8v Misfire in Cylinder 1 - Cause?

2001 Astra G 1.6 8v

Pedal test is bringing up error 0301 which is misfire in cylinder 1.

Have changed the coilpack and have swapped the spark plugs about and the error still persists.

If i reset the ECU it'll stay off when driving easy, but when pushing on a bit it brings it back on.

Any idea's what it could be?
