You want something up in the 80's to stand a chance I'd say. Piper 285's don't quite make 200bhp on a throttle bodied 20XE.

cat 272/272 over 1mm duration is 235/235 with 8.9/8.9mm lift and 1.95/2.0mm at tdc
cat 282/282 over 1mm duration is 249/249 with 10/10mm lift and 3.45/3.7mm at tdc
piper 280/278 11.43/11mm lift and 2.74/2.49 at tdc
however i know, it's quite sure info that over 1mm lift at piper is no more than 210degree... so they arent so long like they seems to be

piper give 'fake' measurements. Out of them cams I would be going for the cats if the quest was 200bhp, on my XE I had 300 degree ones, they had 12.7mm lift
I just noticed the engine is an x16xe thats been bored rather than an x18xe1. What sort of headwork have you had done?

headwork includes polished channels, removed air channel from exhaust channel, 3 angle valves. valves are sts c16xe valves

I'd be looking at a carb or throttle body conversion first, TBH.
The other issue is valve to piston clearance - this may not be a problem, though, if you're using higher compression pistons that already have deeper valve notchets.
If it is a problem,ei, using a stock type piston, you may be restricted on how much furhter you can go without having them cut.
