    fuel pressure

    my fuel pressure should be 3 bar but it keeps rising to 3.5 and dropping to 2.5 causing the car to hessitate and splutter i've changed the fuel reg for an fse adjustable and i still have the same problem so do u think i would need to look at fuel pump, filter has anyone had this kind of trouble before who cam help me out? cheers lee

    Start by fitting a new fuel filter.
    Second I'd look at where the regulator gets its vacuum/boost from.
    Then after that I would say change fuel pump.

    I had an FSE fuel reg on mine, and its known for them to readjust them selves. So it got binned!.

    What fuel pump are you using?

    When was last time you changed the fuel filter?

    Also check the the injectors in fitted down correctly, and make sure the loom is pushed down on all injectors.
