It would help if you gave them a rundown on the rest of the engine setup - unless you KNOW it hasn't been chipped and is running the OEM turbo', etc.
The correct pressure will vary with the engine's specific setup.

I'd say run at 3.5Bar. but do you have uprated fuel pump?.

All so it's best to gave a wideband fitted, so then you'll know if your running lean or rich.

A good rule of thumb is to set the adjustable fuel regulator to 3bar WITHOUT the vac hose connected (and plug the little pipe up so no air leak). Then reconnect the vac pipe back on.
Now get a wide band connected up and then aim for Air/Fuel Ratio of between 10-11 on max boost/max acceleration by adjusting the adjustable fuel regulator. This will work with any M2.7 chipped or not.
If you do this you can't go far wrong.
Its also a good idea to have a gauge connected up on your narrow band OS as this is what your ECU will be reading. I found mine wasn't reading rich when flooring it - even though my wide band was reading correctly. Obviously this is because the M2.7 pays no attention to the wide band and only the narrow band OS signal therefore I wasn't making the big bhp that EDS/Vmax were quoting on their chips.
